April the Giraffe and the Ten Virgins I love that April! That wonderful Giraffe who has kept me watching her closely for two long months. I'm not the only one. There are others. We watch her closely. Any link we can get our hands on and we sit and watch for signs. Signs of her baby's soon arrival. I've enjoyed the teasing across the internet about this wonderful creature who has robbed us from sleep because we want to believe tonight is the night and we don't want to miss a thing! Memes have abounded how April wasn't really pregnant at all, and this was simply a trick to get us to watch a stall and wait for a babe. Still I watched. Still I waited. My Mom would text me.
